The HPP (Hospitallity PBX Programming) software works as an interface between the Hotel’s PMS and the PBX, and handles the folllowing commands sent by the PMS:

• unblocking of extension at check-in
• room move
• extension name
• blocking of extension at check-out
• NEW call accounting integrated with the PMS (without the need of third-party call accounting software)

All commands sent to the PBX are logged to allow audit at any time.

Necessary infrastructure
HPP Informatec software requires only:

• 1 virtual machine (or computer) with at least Intel Core i5 processor, 4GB RAM, 30GB free, Windows 10 Pro
• 1 compatible PBX
• 1 compatible PMS
